I would like to warmly thank everyone from who took part in my specially organised walk for Fr Tony Coote earlier this year in Marlay Park. The walk was attended by a huge number of local people, particularly from the Mount Merrion and Kilmacud Parishes but also from further afield, who all helped to raise further awareness of Walk While You Can and the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association. Fr Tony himself was also present and joined walkers on the route. The walk led to a big increase in online donations to Walk While You Can with hundreds of euro raised as a result. Your generosity is so appreciated.
